I am feeling very good after more than 2 months of daily cycling to and fro to office,feels healthy fit and happy.
I have lost 3 kgs in past 1 week,I think after one and half month only the cycling started showing its effect.in 1 week I lost 3 kgs thats is quite a good rate.
Now i weight 74 kg, my aim in 1 more month is to reach 70 kg will wait and watch what is the progress.
I have read some where ideal weight loss is loosing 2 to 3 pounds a weeks that means average 1kg per week,I also want to stick to that and it will take almost 3 more months for me to reach to that ideal weight if I exercise and loose in that manner.
for me stubborn fats are more in my stomach ,my legs are already started becoming thin and stomach also reduced little bit,but I have to burn all that fat in my stomach so that I will look good too.
I am keeping me inspired by reading blogs about cycling and eating quite a healthy food avoiding all outside foods and cooking at home.
