My 1 year old Schwinn 2011 model cycle got stolen on august 20th 2012,when I have been to hometown for 3 days for Ramadan leaves.
It happened between 1 am to 6 am as my room mate have seen the cycle laying there at 1 am before she went to sleep.The thief's have cut the lock which i have used to tie it to a pole,they tried to burn the lock and when it didn't work they cut the lock using a strong cutter possibly gas cutter.
It was a shock to me, more then loosing the money I loved that cycle a lot as it was my companion to office on my daily travel,I got panic on the thought that my daily happy hormone release rides might get to an end as I don't have enough money to buy a new bike that time.
But my generous brother came to my rescue,he given his own bike which I have got him couple of months before as a gift,because he was not riding it as it is very heavy rainy season in Kerala(I am so much thankful to him).
Also thanks to Kiran ,my friend who owns fitness through travel shop. he assembled the cycle for me and given me the motivation to ride again by keeping all the hurtful feelings aside.
And I am back to wheels with the new GT aggressor bike.
