Its been long time close to 4 years I am trying to loose weight.
Tried everything from gym,walking,aerobics, joining dancing classes,doing cycling and oh yeah the so called dieting.
The two things that worked out for me was 1) walking 30 minutes in the morning daily and strict dieting for a month both helped me to loose a couple of kg even though all that came back after 2 3 months.
Now I am back again to exercising,trying out aerobics with my room mate.but not doing it sincerely.will see where it will lead and will I loose some of my flab's.
